At the Ida Farmers Co-Operative we provide customized fertilizer applications for our customers.
We create custom fertilizer plans for various commodities.
Custom spread applicators are responsible for the delivering and the distribution of fertilizer stated on the company's spread list, maintenance of machines, and general housekeeping.
The person selected for this position must:
Be able to work in a team environment
Be able to work at least Monday-Friday 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm
Ample opportunity for overtime
Communicate effectively
Possess strong customer service skills when communicating with clients
Keep track of inventory and communicate with the office when inventory is low
Ability to lift a minimum of 50-pound bags and occasionally 100-pound bags
Coordinate with drivers and office staff to complete tasks efficiently
Understanding of basic math calculations
Be able to work a forklift and front end loader
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Complete necessary safety training to maintain a safe work environment
Must have high school diploma or GED
Perform additional duties as assigned
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
